Depth In Your Mix

Creating depth in your mix doesn't have to be some huge sophisticated laundry list of things to do. Use a simple EQ and mess around with a low pass filter.

More high frequencies = A Closer Sound

Less high frequencies = A Further Sound

Simple as that. Experiment to get those vocals sitting up front where you want and those synths and fx backing them up from the rear.
